  I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Woodstock, ON. The team is truly exceptional — professional, efficient, and very well organized. From start to finish, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The pickup process was quick, the staff explained everything clearly, and the vehicle was in excellent condition — clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. What really stands out is the consistency of their service. Every interaction felt professional and confident, with zero delays or confusion. You can tell this location is run at a high standard. In a market where good service is not always guaranteed, this team delivers every time. Reliable, straightforward, and easy to deal with. Highly recommended. I will definitely be coming back.

  Avoid this place like a plague nothing but pathological liars. My Insurance adjuster emailed me to tell me my file was closed and informed me all the lies that the people in this place told her. I cannot believe the lies that they told her especially when they knew they were being recorded on video on their lies showed that to my insurance adjuster. She had a good laugh. And then they’re gonna try to tell me that I’m not allowed to go there anymore that’s hilarious!!!!! Cars are dirty never cleaned. You will receive a car with no gas. I received my last vehicle with the gas light on windshield wipers don’t work. They’re so old and rotten. Avoid this place at all cost Worst place to do business when you go there and make sure you record with your phone for you have your own proof as their employees lie in the Manager sticks up for their employees very rude zero customer service. It wasn’t just a one time thing happened two times in the last three months of unprofessional Attitudes they clearly have no idea how to run a business avoid this place at all cost

  I had a very scary experience on Highway 401 when my tire suddenly burst — likely due to nails or road hazards — while I was driving at 100 km/h in the far left lane. Thankfully, there were no injuries and no damage other than the tire itself. Enterprise Roadside Assistance truly came like angels. They resolved the situation within 25 minutes, which honestly felt like a miracle given how stressful the moment was. After that, I was able to drive to the nearest Enterprise location, where they provided me with a replacement vehicle so I could safely continue to my drop-off location. Launa was extremely kind and cooperative throughout the process. At drop-off, I met Pasha, who made everything incredibly smooth and took the time to genuinely check on my safety after the incident. That meant a lot. Since I had to accept a downgraded vehicle due to the unavailability of a premium car in Woodstock, Pasha thoughtfully balanced it out by providing a special discount. His professionalism and care really helped keep me unstressed during a very difficult situation. Incidents like this can sometimes push customers away from a company. However, the professionalism and kindness shown by the Enterprise team did the complete opposite for me. I walked away even more impressed and an even bigger fan of Enterprise than before. Huge thanks to Pasha and Launa for the outstanding service and support!
