  I had a very scary experience on Highway 401 when my tire suddenly burst — likely due to nails or road hazards — while I was driving at 100 km/h in the far left lane. Thankfully, there were no injuries and no damage other than the tire itself. Enterprise Roadside Assistance truly came like angels. They resolved the situation within 25 minutes, which honestly felt like a miracle given how stressful the moment was. After that, I was able to drive to the nearest Enterprise location, where they provided me with a replacement vehicle so I could safely continue to my drop-off location. Launa was extremely kind and cooperative throughout the process. At drop-off, I met Pasha, who made everything incredibly smooth and took the time to genuinely check on my safety after the incident. That meant a lot. Since I had to accept a downgraded vehicle due to the unavailability of a premium car in Woodstock, Pasha thoughtfully balanced it out by providing a special discount. His professionalism and care really helped keep me unstressed during a very difficult situation. Incidents like this can sometimes push customers away from a company. However, the professionalism and kindness shown by the Enterprise team did the complete opposite for me. I walked away even more impressed and an even bigger fan of Enterprise than before. Huge thanks to Pasha and Launa for the outstanding service and support!

  Very disappointment with the service we received at your location. A rental van was booked more than three months in advance of our trip, and we were assured the vehicle would be available upon pickup. Upon arrival, we were informed that there were no vans available and that we would need to wait for one to be returned. Unfortunately, the vehicle never arrived, leaving us without transportation and significantly disrupting our plans. This is not the level of service we expect when a reservation has been confirmed well in advance. The explanations we were given were unsatisfactory and did not reflect accountability or customer care. When customers plan ahead, especially for important trips, they rely on those commitments being honored.

  This place is absolutely terrible! The charges are completely unfair and the cars are disgustingly dirty.I can't believe it! After three years of being a loyal customer, I still have to put up with filthy cars, disgusting smells, and incomplete fuel levels. And to top it off, every time I rent a car from them, the fuel tank is never full as it should be. This is unacceptable! I make sure to fill up the tank completely before returning the car, even though money isn't an issue for me. However, I can't help but feel a bit unsatisfied with the way they handle this situation. If they are charging me $10.64 for each fuel line, and I have been overfilling the tank for the past 3 years, do you think I should kindly ask them to refund $10.64 from each month's rental? this time I filled up the gas tank before returning the car, only to find out that the fuel level had dropped by one line when I got there. The staff said they would fix it, but then I was surprised to see a charge of $10.64 for the missing fuel. There have also been cases where toll charges were added, even though I had already paid on way. While the initial interactions are nice, it seems like there might be some questionable practices once you become a regular customer.
