After three years of being a loyal customer, I still have to put up with filthy cars, disgusting smells, and incomplete fuel levels. And to top it off, every time I rent a car from them, the fuel tank is never full as it should be. This is unacceptable! I make sure to fill up the tank completely before returning the car, even though money isn't an issue for me. However, I can't help but feel a bit unsatisfied with the way they handle this situation. If they are charging me $10.64 for each fuel line, and I have been overfilling the tank for the past 3 years, do you think I should kindly ask them to refund $10.64 from each month's rental? this time I filled up the gas tank before returning the car, only to find out that the fuel level had dropped by one line when I got there. The staff said they would fix it, but then I was surprised to see a charge of $10.64 for the missing fuel. There have also been cases where toll charges were added, even though I had already paid on way. While the initial interactions are nice, it seems like there might be some questionable practices once you become a regular customer.
