  My car went in for repair a few months ago. It took a little longer than expected but I must say no complaints when they were done. The staff was very professional. Kim the manager, she literally went above and beyond and it was truly appreciated.

  We brought out vehicle here just because that's who insurance deals with. Communication has been poor. We were told 30 working hours but they never explained what 30 working hours are. To most people, that's 4 business days, but in body work hours that's 12 business days. Need to explain services better to customers. We now have to scramble to get another vehicle. Hopefully the repair will be worth the wait.

  I’ve had my car here twice for repairs by referral of my insurance company. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I brought my car in, they took me out to the garage to explain all the work that would done and asked if I had any questions. They called with an update part way through the work and had all my paperwork ready when I went to pick it up. The only issue that came up was a discrepancy with the deductible but that was the fault of my insurance company and the ladies at Assured helped me get that worked out. I really appreciate their friendly and cheerful demeanour, especially during a stressful situation. The work was great and my car was so clean when I got it back. Thank you for a great experience!

  The work was good the customer service was so bad that I actually had anxiety to call and ask for updates… by the way I called every time they never called me once… and their manager absolutely should not be a manager… she belittled me made me feel stupid and never once reassured me about a time frame or anything for that matter… this makes me upset to even have to do a google review because I have never ever have been in a position where I need to .. but amazing work but the most horrible person.. how does she have a job?

  I received a phone call from assured and told me to drop my car off as close to 8 am as possible. When I arrived at 8 to drop my car off they told me they wouldn’t have told me that, like humans don’t make mistakes. I said ok I’ll figure it out and go get the rental first and the lady assured me that the rental won’t be ready until 9 am. Wrong answer I went and paid for the rental and received the keys no problem. Even if the repairs are good I won’t use this company in the future based on customer service alone. Because this company was not willing to accept that they made a mistake they have now denied to do the work after they ordered the parts. Hopefully this is a wake up call to insurance companies that this company is a joke. Never deal with this company you have the right to take your car to any reputable mechanic. Do your research.
