  I had an efficient pleasant experience from start to finish with this company and I enjoyed driving the rental Volvo so much that it’s now something I would consider driving in the future when I choose my next car.

  Great experiences! Fast pick up and drop off services. I have rented cars many times from this location, and every time, I feel satisfied, and staff are very nice, and provide excellent services. The manager Nihethan provides fabulous services too.

  I cannot thank Enterprise car rental at the 1000 rowntree dairy road, Vaughan location enough! I was running late and arrived after closing hours, which was incredibly stressful. Instead of just pointing to the key drop, Emlie (apologies if misspelled) stayed late to personally assist me with the return. She was incredibly professional, patient, and made sure the process was seamless despite the time. This level of supportive customer service is rare, and they truly went above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

  I booked in online and the pickup process was super fast. Drop off was the same. Very helpful staff. Actually texted me after I had left with the car to let me know I could reach out to that text number if I needed anything. The car was in great condition.

  I’ve visited this Enterprise Car Rental location multiple times, and every experience has been excellent. From start to finish, the process is always smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Nate, who has consistently been kind, professional, and gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Kyle and the rest of the team were friendly, efficient, and very helpful throughout. I truly appreciated the professionalism and positive attitude of everyone I dealt with. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant car rental experience.
