  My rental experience with Enterprise was straightforward and hassle-free. The rental was linked to the autobody work being done at European Autobody, which made the entire process very convenient. Communication was easy—I was able to call Enterprise directly and make any necessary changes over the phone without any issues. Both the pickup and return of the rental were handled conveniently at European Autobody, which saved time and eliminated extra steps. Overall, it was a simple, smooth, and well-coordinated experience. I would recommend Enterprise for anyone needing a rental tied to repair work or looking for an easy, no-friction rental process.

  Extremely unprofessional - impossible to get ahold of. I called in 4 times every single time I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes and no one rejoined the call. Yesterday I called at 1:40 pm was put on hold for 25 min - so I called back and they were closed leaving me on hold. This was the female working operating the phone on Dec 26, 27, and 28 2025. Workers are clearly more focused on trying to clock out than do their job. Do they only have one person running the phone? How is it possible when I called right after getting the car someone answered me but when this lady is working it’s always “please hold”. This is likely an issue caused by the worker but ultimately falls on management for allowing this.

  Always amazing service and great vehicles. The entire team works seamlessly together to ensure all clients are looked after promptly and efficiently. They treat everyone with respect and appreciation looking after your needs and requirements. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - trust the team at Enterprise to alway get me to where I’m going safely and comfortably.

  I am beyond outraged by the service at this Enterprise location. I rented a vehicle from Oct 24 to Nov 1 (RA: 13L1LH / Res: 9VCH7X), but they recorded the return date as Nov 7—a blatant lie. Due to their "error," they charged my credit card for an amount I never authorized. When I called to protest, the staff was incredibly dismissive and rude. Even though I explicitly told them not to charge me because the mistake was theirs, they ignored me and pushed the transaction through anyway. They claimed they couldn't reach Aviva Insurance for payment, but after speaking with Aviva, I confirmed this was a complete fabrication; Aviva’s system doesn't even work that way. The staff member I spoke with had the audacity to say they "just started working here" and acted as if this massive financial error wasn't their problem. No sincere apology was offered—only a half-hearted promise of a refund after I had to chase them down for a receipt. I have wasted so much of my precious time in December dealing with their negligence. If this is not resolved immediately with a formal apology and proper compensation for my time and stress, I will not hesitate to take legal action. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.
