  My guy Nate !! Always a wonderful experience dealing with him. He is patient and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Nate took the time to clearly explain my options, answered all my questions with care, and made sure I felt confident in my choice. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Nothing felt rushed — he genuinely seemed to care about making my experience a positive one. What could have been a routine pickup turned into a pleasant and memorable interaction. I truly appreciated his kindness and attention to detail, and I would gladly recommend this service because of him. Vaughan location is blessed to have him !!!

  Just returned a car here on Feb 20, 2026 They are trying to charge for a bump on the side that you can barely see that already existed before the car was rented. Absolutely scummy tactics. Would not rent from here again.
