- ADA DMar 25, 20261.0I WILL ALWAYS REGRET BOOKING HERE. Very unreliable system and untrustworthy customer service!! They guaranteed me (100%) a car I booked with them so that I canceled my booking with a different rental office based on their word. When i came to pick up the car they got me something completely off the class I booked and specifically the ONE thing I asked not to have. The other car that they guaranteed me to have at 9 AM - they said it won't be back until 11:30 and then later the booking got extended so I ended up with NO CAR. The other office that had EXACTLY the car ready for pickup and I canceled with them (one day earlier) was unfortunately closed on Sunday. Will never book with them again. Similar situation to (Davv) below - messed up my plans!!!! P.S. don't overpay for premium / luxury cars. You'll end up getting what ever they have available, regardless of what you've paid (more or less).

I reserved a Dodge Durango for a planned trip, and when I arrived they didn’t have the vehicle and didn’t even have anything similar. I was told someone would call me back with a solution, but that call never came. Because of their poor planning and lack of communication, my trip plans were completely messed up. A reservation should actually mean something, but clearly it doesn’t here. After this experience, I won’t be coming back. #RTS93MZ
