  The pick up and drop off process was so simple and easy !! Wonderful customer experience. The car provided was amazing ..brand new and clean and had all the features I needed for long road trips with snow and rain during the road trips

  We rented a car to drive from Windsor to Toronto in December. The tires on the car were either bad quality or not winter adequate. The windshield wipers didn't clear the windshield. The car needs to be maintained. We had our children in the car in winter conditions. The safety was unacceptable .

  Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff are very friendly. I turly appreciated the upgrade provided as it reflected regional consumer sentiment given our current disputes with the united states. In March I opted to sell our american made car and replaced it with a superior German luxury sedan, never again will I own a US vehicle. Seeing the selection of vehicles reflect the shift specific to that industry was a cherry on top. I would have accepted the initial vehicle, however wouldn't have felt right in it given the purpose of this trip. Thank you for making the experience both memorable and enjoyable.
