- PUPhil UbeneDec 18, 20253.0I was Shocked at the price of my Cabin Filter when I got home and read the bill. $60 for a $20 part elsewhere... and it took 2 minutes to change. I asked the price of the Engine Air Filter when replaced; and it was a fair price, so I didn't bother to ask the price of the other. I also wanted one that had charcoal, which clean odors best, but they didn't have one... I could have bought one next door at CTC for $27. Overall, I was fine with the rest of the service, although quite slow - from wait time till done about 1 1/2 hour; and it wasn't that busy. And I had to return to get my warning message reset. I plan on bringing back my cabin filter tomorrow and get a much better one for a lot less money.
- DGDawn GherasimDec 17, 20255.0A couple of weeks ago, I stopped in because it was extremely cold outside and I have a tire with a slow leak. When temperatures drop, I can never get enough air it in. I pulled up to the bay, and a gentleman came out to help. I explained my dilemma, and even though they were closing, he told me to pull my car in. He checked all my tires and filled them with air. He then noticed I was missing a few valve caps and took the time to replace those as well - all at no charge! I thanked him for his kindness and told him I would be back for an oil change. True to my word, I returned yesterday after work for an oil change. I can honestly say that I have never encountered such a genuinely kind group of gentlemen. The service is unbelieveable. They explain everything clearly and never try to pressure you into purchasing unnecessary extras. I will definitely be a regular customer. In a world where customer service is becoming rare, this place truly goes above and beyond. Thank you to all the team members for such exceptional service!

The manager Suli is a super nice guy and answers all my questions. He told me they don't work in commission so there is no need to pressure the customer to add on all kinds of extra things. The guys who work there are always polite and friendly. I love going there and highly recommend it if you want honesty and great customer service
