I can’t thank the staff enough for being so kind and courteous. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The check-in process was quick and completely stress-free.
The car was spotless, comfortable, and in great condition. Pricing was clear and fair, and returning the vehicle was just as easy as picking it up.
I’ve been renting cars for over 10 years, and this truly stands out as one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The entire team went above and beyond, and they absolutely deserve the highest praise.

One of the staff members had a very inappropriate attitude when dealing with customers — making dismissive and disrespectful remarks. I’m not sure if he’s a manager, but he acted quite immature, almost like a teenager. (Brown skin, curly hair.)
The car I received was completely different from the one I booked on the Enterprise website.
In addition, a specific insurance plan was added without my consent, which caused the total monthly rental cost to rise from about $800 to nearly $3,000.
The staff member who handled this process was the same person mentioned in point #1.
I only proceeded with this rental because of my company’s schedule, but overall, it was an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience.
Even though I made the online reservation and completed the check-in process in advance, the car was not ready at all, and it was just a complete waste of time.
