I’m not sure if he’s a manager, but he acted quite immature, almost like a teenager. (Brown skin, curly hair.) The car I received was completely different from the one I booked on the Enterprise website. In addition, a specific insurance plan was added without my consent, which caused the total monthly rental cost to rise from about $800 to nearly $3,000. The staff member who handled this process was the same person mentioned in point #1. I only proceeded with this rental because of my company’s schedule, but overall, it was an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience. Even though I made the online reservation and completed the check-in process in advance, the car was not ready at all, and it was just a complete waste of time.

I rented a car last Friday, and everything from start to finish was perfect. The first employee we met — a Middle Eastern gentleman (Moutsam) — was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He offered his condolences to me and my brother for the passing of our older brother, which truly touched our hearts. The person I spoke with on the phone was also amazing — he explained everything clearly from A to Z and made the whole process simple and stress-free. The car itself was great — clean, comfortable, and ran perfectly the entire trip. No problems at all, and it made for a great drive and a smooth experience overall. When we returned the car, the manager and another employee were just as great — friendly, professional, and welcoming. Even though this was my first visit to this location, it left a lasting impression. After six years of renting with Enterprise, I can confidently say this is one of the best teams I’ve ever met. Thank you all for your compassion, professionalism, and top-notch service

Talked to the Assistant Manager Muatasen on the phone and told him I needed to be picked up as I had no other transportation to the office. He went out of his way to find someone to pick me up and also provided me with a great Toyota Camry hybrid. Can’t say enough about how professional the staff are at Windsor South! Will rent again at this location anytime. Thanks for making everything work out Muatasen.
