My insurance comped my expenses but I received shuttle to and from my auto repair location, an extremely new and high quality rental to use for as long as I needed and a fair and honest experience from beginning to end. The staff was helpful and friendly and I was left wanting for nothing. Highly recommend and would gladly use Enterprise again if the need arises. Thanks!

- NYNic YYCDec 6, 20255.0I can't say enough about how helpful the staff here were. I picked up my vehicle at Pearson airport and specifically and paid for winter tires. $20 a day. When I picked up the vehicle they were all season tires. We were in such a rush to see a sick family member I just left, figured I'd argue later. I returned the vehicle to this location and took the train back to Toronto. When we did the walk around the employee was so upset that I paid for winter tires and didn't get them. They took care of contacting the other branch and reversing the charges. They were amazing and empathetic, went above and beyond. Thank you!!!
