- MMmimiJan 17, 20261.0I went to this Enterprise location to rent a car after being involved in an accident, already a stressful situation. When I arrived, there were multiple representatives present, but despite waiting over 10 minutes, no one acknowledged me or offered assistance. None of which seemed busy at this time. What made the experience worse was that a man walked in soon after me, while I was still currently standing there waiting however, he was helped almost immediately. At that point, I felt completely ignored and not treated like a valued customer. I don’t expect special treatment just basic acknowledgment and fairness. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable, and I chose not to do business here because of it.

I had a total of 3 cars within a 2 week period and there were issues with all of them. Not only did Fiza personally address all of my concerns she went above and beyond to make things right because of the issues I was experiencing at a difficult time for me. I would recommend she get some form of acknowledgement for her kindness and helpful demeanor.. A true gem she is!
