    My many experiences with Enterprise at the Windsor Airport location have been 100% positive. Friendly and efficient counter staff, reliable vehicles, and excellent company online communication. Prices are comparable or; even lower at times. You won't be disappointed!

    I usually love Enterprise and have always gotten my cars from here exclusively. However, my recent rental experience was absolutely horrible. I felt completely dismissed, disrespected, and run through unnecessary hoops. To start, I even sent an email regarding a car seat that was left in the rental or at the airport location, but received no response. I understand that the airport location has poor response times, but this is unacceptable for a company that prides itself on customer service. At the Dundas location in Mississauga, I encountered a staff member who claimed she didn’t even work at the location, and I was left waiting for 40 minutes before I could raise concerns about receiving a replacement vehicle. Her response was that she couldn’t provide a replacement because I couldn’t drive a damaged car to another location, what?! She (Laksha) wasn’t listening to my concerns and initially told me to go to another Enterprise location, which was misleading. She even suggested I go to Green and Ross for maintenance on the car, which made no sense as I was there for a replacement vehicle, not maintenance. Even when I reached out to the customer service department, I was told to contact someone named Neil (or J—I have his name written down because I intend to file a formal complaint), yet the bizarre lack of assistance continued. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope Enterprise addresses these serious customer service issues because, until then, I cannot recommend Mississauga Dundas location (DO NOT GO ON WEEKENDS!!!), Pearson Airport location (the manager was obnoxious)nor Entreprise due to call center customer service. I included weekend line ups at Dundas. The location at Dixie in Missisauga had been great and Enfield place which is no longer. Also, Windsor airport manager is great and is effective, efficient, and punctual!!!

    I rented a car on Oct26th at Windsor Airport. Starting from reservation until returning the car, the process was very smooth. Daniela Pereira and Bhardwaj Roopak was amazing in their customer service. Thank you

    The experience was relatively good. The pick-up and drop-off went quickly and smoothly. The rate was very good and the adjustment for an earlier return was very quick. The car was exceptionally clean and rode well. The only downside was the rate for the insurance; it was more per day than the daily cost of the rental. From the website understood to be much lower, was astounded when I read the statement.
