  I recently rented a car from Enterprise for a week. The vehicle itself was in good condition, clean, and the rental process was smooth at pickup. No issues with the car during my trip, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the return experience. When I dropped off the vehicle, I was informed that they do not provide rides back. I live a bit far from the location, and there was no prior communication or heads-up about this policy. It put me in a difficult situation trying to arrange transportation on short notice. I understand policies can vary by location, but clearer communication upfront would have made a big difference and helped me plan accordingly. Overall, the rental itself was fine, but the lack of transparency at return affected my experience.

  Was awesome. Treated well and very efficient. Gave me a nice upgrade since they didn't have my car i qualified for. Keep up the great service

  Poor service from staff all around. No confirmation email sent out upon booking, manually noted the reservation for my own sake. Apparently this location is one of the only locations that uniquely requires only credit card as part of policy. I've rented from other enterprise locations who are capable of Visa debit holds. I provided multiple cards both American and Canadian and they wouldn't accept them out of "policy" which was not known to me -the renter - or even attempt to enter details into their system to see if they'd be accepted. Instead both employees behind the counter told me to try their other location in the city. I found out there were no cars available on the day of. -The rental was needed for an important business trip to be picked up and dropped of at the airport location. The last minute unknown 'policy block' left no room to make a change thus I had to miss important meetings. In the future I will not be renting from this location and advise readers/renters to steer clear if they value customer service. It wasn't very busy and staff put little to no effort into resolving or explaining the policy unique to this location. If this policy was known, sent in an email or communicated through a confirmation call, I would've happily made my reservation elsewhere. I witnessed a lazy team (2 guys 1 woman) who relied on policy as a fall back instead of moving a finger to try to help a customer and provide any service.
