Based on my experience in October 2018: They sold me a "new" part, but when I got home and opened the box, I noticed that the packaging was already opened and it had markings showing some use. The part turned out to be faulty. When I went back to have it replaced, the rep. placed my old part (the one that I brought back to the store) in a different box and tried to give me this box as if it was a brand new item... I saw him doing this and called him out on it. He didn't acknowledge it nor offer an apology.
