  First off, I want to say I’ve been bringing my vehicle to Beverly Tire & Auto on Lauzon Parkway for over 5 years and I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment I walk in through the front door, every single time, I am greeted with a warm smile and a friendly how can I help you? The store manager working the front desk is not only friendly and professional but he is also very knowledgeable too … and this is key, this is something I value A LOT. He will never sugar coat anything or blow smoke up where the sun don’t shine. He always cuts to the chase and tells me directly how it is, what needs to be done and how much it’s going to cost me. As a no nonsense guy I appreciate his no nonsense response back to me. He always talks to me treats me and makes me feel like a valued customer. The mechanics working the shop are also very friendly and knowledgeable as well (this is also equally important as being treated well at the front desk). When I am either waiting at the shop for a quick repair or if I have to leave my vehicle at the shop for an extended period of time I am always assured and reassured, provided with updates as to what the diagnosis problem is, the fixing process, the end result solution and a detailed summary of what work has been done. They also always go above and beyond, providing me with additional information including the necessary valuable maintenance tips I need to know going forward so that I can increase the life of the newly installed parts and ultimately prolong the life of my vehicle. They always come through in the clutch and are always spot on with their advice, suggestions and workmanship. Quality advice, quality service, reliability and people who care. I already know auto replacement parts and shop mechanic hourly rates are expensive anywhere you go these days but when you stumble upon a diamond in the rough, a gem like Beverly Tire on Lauzon Parkway, you stick to it and keep on going back.   We had the displeasure of dealing with someone there. (East Indian possibly) .Very cold and snarky. Makes me think quality of workmanship was compromised. Won't be back again.
