    Jocelyn Jones is a fantastic rep. She went above and beyond trying to fix the key fob that wouldn’t work, and then seamlessly switched me to a much better vehicle I preferred. I left my insurance slip in the car and she even got it for me so that all I had to do was come pick it up. She’s lovely and I cannot say enough great things about her

    My husband reserved a Ford F150 truck so we could bring our daughter home from her university dorm in Ottawa. On the day of pick up he was told that the vehicle was not available and was given a smaller vehicle. We ended up having to rent storage in Ottawa ! ( $38 / month until September). Really disrespectful to not honour a reservation without the courtesy of a heads up.

    Customer service is AAA 1. The staff there are exceptional. I cant think of a better experience. I'd hire everyone of them. This wasn't just a car rental....it was an experience. Great job Enterprise - hang on to those folks.
