  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Exceptional Service from Tom at Enterprise Truck Rental (Whitby Location) I recently rented a truck from Enterprise Truck Rental at 1110 Dundas St E in Whitby, and I have to say, Tom was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment I first spoke with him on the phone, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I got exactly what I needed. His team handled everything smoothly and professionally. Tom took the time to explain all the options clearly, answered every question with patience, and made the entire rental process incredibly easy. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready right on time. What impressed me even more was that Tom personally called after the rental to follow up and make sure everything went well—a level of customer care you don’t see often. If you're looking for reliable trucks and top-notch service, I highly recommend this location—and especially Tom. He turned what could have been a stressful task into a simple, positive experience. Thanks again, Tom! I’ll definitely be returning for future rentals.

  Enterprise Whitby is the only place I will rent trucks and vans. The staff is fantastic, especially Tom. The vehicles are all well maintained and in perfect shape. The trucks are always ready when promised and that's a big plus. I am very well taken care of and that keeps bringing me back. I definitely refer all my friends to Enterprise Whitby!!!

  Absolutely Outstanding Service from Whitby Enterprise Truck Rental! I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Whitby Enterprise Truck Rental. I walked in stressed, short on time, and honestly expecting the same let-down I’d just experienced elsewhere. I had pre-booked a truck with another company, confirmed by email, only to arrive and be told they didn’t have one available and I’d have to wait hours, with zero notice. As the owner of Team Prata Real Estate, I had a client relying on me to deliver our enclosed trailer that we provide free of charge, and I also had to get my son to his hockey game. That’s when I met Tom, the sales representative at the Whitby Enterprise Truck Rental, and everything changed. I told Tom my situation and asked if there was any way he could get me a truck capable of towing an enclosed trailer, paperwork done and out the door in 20 minutes or less. Without hesitation, he jumped into action. You could see the urgency, care, and pride in how he handled everything. Tom literally ran back and forth to make it happen, and within 15 minutes I was driving off in a perfect Ram 2500 that handled everything I needed flawlessly. Because of Tom, I was able to help my client, get my son to hockey, and keep my day on track. When I returned the truck the next day, Tom greeted me by name and genuinely asked how everything went. That level of service is almost unheard of today, and I’m truly grateful.

  Process was easy from pick up to drop off. We dropped off after hours with the key box. Bill came to my email the next day and it was spot on. Great price and Thomas was very helpful. Even followed up to make sure we were ok. Can’t say enough about this location. One staff member wasn’t as helpful when I called to change my booking before pick up but again, Thomas made up for that. Would definitely rent from here again.
