The car was clean and the rep took the time to fully explain the operation of the vehicle so I felt comfortable as I drove out of the lot. There was a follow up call the next day to assure that I was satisfied. Both the checkin and checkout were fast painless.
- STSuraka Thaya3 days ago5.0The lovely MISS DJ was amazing when i first picked up my rental, she helped me and actually displayed care for my situation, she made sure i was comfortable with my vehicle and even offered to down size the vehicle so id feel comfortable driving after my accident! it was very comforting to get a rental through her and i hope she gets promoted as soon as possible cause its well deserved! vehicle was clean and ready to go! i’m glad i was presented with options too, very rare now days!

I mentioned it to the gentleman checking me out, expecting great push back and a hassle, slap in my face, zero none, he immediately apologized and made some adjustment and I was on my way in a few minutes. Now this is service.. went above and beyond, I didn’t even say much, but my face said disappointed, the guy turned it around. This is my new spot
