- JDJerry DavidMar 10, 20231.0Horrible service. I purchased a battery for my 70 year old mother in law. lasted 14 months she had to ask strangers twice to get boosted. Carquest has said they will pro-rate and give a partial credit if they test the battery and it fails. I sent the battery back and they said it failed(10 volts mean a bad cell). They then renege on the watranty and wanted me to pay full price on the new battery they had sent. I’m a mechanic working in an autoshop. Carquest is one of our supplier.
