I would suggest that all rentals in Ontario be equipped with snow tires whether it is mandated or not. Do better. We are in a climate that can get a lot of snow or freezing rain, either put on snow tires or make sure the tires that are on the vehicle are a good all season. The staff deserve 5 stars! Super friendly and courteous.

This level of customer service is exactly why I continue to rent from this location. Highly recommend.
