The ladies at the office are also phenomenal, I didn’t get all their names and wish I did so I could personally shout them out. The 3 I’ve met and spoken to have all been exceptionally kind and knowledgeable!! Whoever the 3 were that worked the evening of December 1st were just awesome! Thank you guys for going above and beyond for your customers.
- JDJulia DobbsNov 30, 20251.0Asked for a truck two days in advance. Was told 10am Tuesday I’d have one. No truck when I arrived, waited an hour to find a pickup truck. Staff tried to give me an SUV which I refused. Once a truck was located I was the one that had to do a “swap” for them and drive one of their other cars to St. Catharines to get it (or they said they could drive me up there- no offer to just bring it to me). Once I arrived the staff in St Catharines I was told to meet with were gone and nobody else knew about the swap. Truck was 6000km overdue for an oil change, truck had a back taillight burnt out which I texted about and heard nothing, found a cockroach in the truck. Not a good experience. Have always had a great experience with the Hamilton Main Street location- just go there instead.
