  Friendly, helpful, competent staff helped make pick-up and drop-off very smooth. Customer service was above and beyond, even reaching out to follow-up after car drop-off. Special mention to Carson & Josue - they were amazing!

  I had a high stress family road trip and all of the staff, especially Carson, went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. Even with shortage of cars, he ensured I got a car suitable for my family size and was very quick at hearing my concerns and finding a solution that worked. I highly recommend this Enterprise Rent-A-Car branch! They truly understand what it means to provide a seamless and smooth customer experience!

  Great service despite a booking mix-up! I accidentally selected the wrong location when making my reservation, but the team at the 379 Weber St location went above and beyond to help me out. Despite the confusion, they still got me a car without any hassle. Oscar and Muskan provided outstanding customer service — friendly, efficient, and understanding of the situation. Really appreciate their flexibility and professionalism. Highly recommend this location!

  I used this location for years. I preferred it in the past, and in fact asked to switch to this location specifically for an upcoming reservation for an insurance related booking which are typically long-term. I spoke to Carson, and he was surprisingly dismissive and could not care less about discussing my reservation. Not the end of the world, but disappointing to have this interaction, and I would appreciate someone other than Carson reaching out to discuss. Thank you.
