I’ve been a long-time Enterprise customer and have always had excellent experiences at the 329 Weber Street location in Waterloo. Unfortunately, this visit today was nothing like that. I accidentally booked at the Union Street branch, and for a simple one-day rental, I returned the vehicle just before closing. Despite this, staff attempted to charge me for two full days because I was one hour past the 24-hour mark. Had I not questioned it, I would have been overcharged. It felt like a very poor and unfair customer service practice. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning to this location. Wanted to warn others using this place please beware.

I called ahead to confirm if a specific car was available — they said they had three in stock. When I arrived, they refused to provide me the car simply because my rental was through insurance. The staff were very dismissive and unhelpful throughout the interaction. It was clear they had no interest in assisting customers who come through insurance claims. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you expect honesty, respect, and fair treatment.

I had rented two different vehicle from this location due to my personal vehicle was sent for repair through insurance claim. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They made sure I was given the required details regarding the rentals. Both vehicles that I rented such as 2023 Kia Sportage, and 2025 Mazda CX-5 were in really good condition. The only drawback was that one of the vehicle had both keys attached in a way I can't separate them. And they are bulky fobs. So carrying them was a bit of nuisance. One of the vehicle I had to return after hours, and it was really easy process. I was also given update call on following day once they inspected the vehicle. I am very much pleased with the services, and quality of their vehicles.
