I usually rent from Avis/Budget, but this time I decided to try Enterprise on Weber and I'm glad I did. Their customer service was outstanding. After dropping off the car, I was about to call an Uber when they told me I didn't need to because as part of their service they could drop me off at home. That really impressed me. Avis/Budget has never offered anything like that.
They also mentioned that if you call 15 minutes ahead, they can pick you up too. That level of service truly sets them apart.

I got a ticket and they charged me 35$ on top of the ticket amount even though i would have paid the ticket if i new i had it from the start. But since i didnt they charged me more on top of it. Which is such a money grab completly unproffesional of them.

Not very satisfied the car.I got as replacement, showed maintenance science.When I took it back to them , they wanted me to go to the mechanic and get it fixed by myself.
They do not have enough cars to replace the luxury cars
When i asked them to replace audi a4 due to maintinance issue..They then offered me a kia soul as a replacement car.For a 2024 porsche tycan

Staff were excellent, friendly and eager to help in any way. They are very busy first thing in the morning which is expected as people are dropping off or picking up their cars. Please be courteous to the staff as they are doing the best they can at that time. . It might be helpful for staff to not answer the phones during busy time and work with the customer in the office. People will call back.
