My car would not start, got it towed Sunday night to Fountain Tire in Val Caron. Called them on Monday morning as soon as they opened. Talked with Corey explained to him what had happened. He said he would get on it that afternoon as they were very busy. They fixed my car and was ready by 4:15. I’m telling you they are amazing people at Fountain Tire Val Caron location. Thanks a million for caring and giving me my car in such a short time!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! Danielle

If you call for price on tires and then going to the shop you'll get two different answers. They work on commission keep your eyes open. I've already heard stories of extremely high prices for seniors. My advice is to shop somewhere where there's this sticker price on a tire. Update After the Company Response: Anything a company need to address about my experience should be publicly addressed not answered in a private email. This is why posted my experience to alert other customers. I was hoping management from Fountain Tire would deal with customer experiences, posted publicly, good or bad, in a transparent manner. In fact, your generalised copy and paste response from the internet has verified that your only interest is to make my review seem small or an isolated incident. To prove this true, you never addressed me by name, or personally signed the review with your name. Therefore, my question to you; "Customer Care Team" is ... How do you ensure your all customers are all treated with integrity?

Frequently Asked Questions About Fountain Tire

When should I replace my tires?

Tires wear out over time, and how long they last depends on things like road conditions, driving habits, inflation, and temperature. The best way to know when to replace them is to check them regularly. Common ways to measure tread include the following. - Tread wear bars: When these are flush with the tread, it’s time to replace. - Coin test: If too much of the coin shows, your tread is low. - Tread depth gauge: The most accurate way to measure. If your tread is low or you see cracks, bulges, or notice vibration, come see us.

What are some signs my vehicle is out of alignment?

It doesn’t take much to throw your alignment off—potholes, curbs, or just everyday driving. Poor alignment can lead to faster tire wear and poor handling. Common signs include: - Vehicle pulls to one side - Crooked steering wheel - Uneven tire wear - Loose or unstable steering - Vibration in the steering wheel If something feels off, we’re happy to take a look.
