  Customer service 2026. Goo be gone, $7.00 at Home Depot. Buy it, put it on your cleaning shelf, show some effort, pathetic. My wife is a professional, she has to drive to meetings in a crime scene car. If it wasn’t set up by our insurance company we would have went somewhere else. Ravneet you better hope you have a solid contract with insurance companies cause your regular folk foot traffic is gonna die off with this incompetence. You’re a manager trainer which means there’s room to improve. Do better!!

  Be cautious if you plan to swap or replace a vehicle at this location. The process was extremely disorganized, with no staff on site during business hours and no proactive communication. We were sent here by Enterprise roadside support, only to arrive and find no assistance available. We were later told to go to a different branch instead — despite having no Uber available and taxi wait times exceeding an hour. The manager overseeing this location made no effort to arrange a vehicle delivery or provide a workable solution. Overall impression: poor coordination, unclear responsibility, and lack of management oversight. If you experience a breakdown or need a vehicle swap, expect delays and confusion.

  Question I am renting a car on 23/12/25 from this Trenton Enterprise location, can Enterprise pick me up from my home in Trenton ???? Or can I park my car in your lot for 14 days till I come back to return the rental vehicle ?? Plz respond. Thankyou , Merry Xmas
