  I had a couple of issues, but the manager Alec worked with me to figure out solutions that got me on my way! In any business, adaptability is one of the cornerstones of effective management, and this was proven with Alec and Nikki, who both handled my rental, and made sure the process was as smooth as it could be with the quirks that I came through the door with. Highly recommend for truck rentals!

  Great experience i needed a truck for work Monday 1am I picked 1 up Saturday before the Monday and since it was going to be parked for a day they gave me a discount great price I highly recommend them and will definitely be doing business with them in the future thank u Alec Chang

  Alec and the manager Conrad exemplify the true customer care experience that we can expect. From the initial inquiries to booking and the most friendly and courteous services to the final billing, this was my most value for money commercial truck rental experience. I moved a very precious GB-1 Yamaha baby grand and other furniture in a high roof Ford 2500 Transit cargo van to Florida from Toronto, the ride was easy, relaxing and comfortable. This location helped me book the best option for this and I am so grateful because it was only good vibes for my whole trip! I really appreciate how this location treated me with the most positive and supportive customer care. I will absolutely share my positive experience with colleagues, family and friends. In addition their location is very convenient, transit accessible and very clean.
