  This was the worst experience I've ever had at a rental company location. They did not have the car I paid for and wanted to give me a completely different vehicle. I objected and insisted I should get the car I reserved and paid a high price for. In return, the store manager refused to provide a rental all-together, lied to my face about why I am objecting to his sub-standard offer, and when I said I feel they hold me hostage to the situation, since I am dependent on their service, he threatened to call security! No alternatives were offered to provide satisfactory service. The store manager kept escalating the situation, making all sorts of claims and personal statements about me, based on his biased opinions, twisting the facts as I called him out on abusing his power and position. As the discussion went on, the store manager claimed the Enterprise office was his 'private' space which I was invading and ordered me to leave. I wanted to record the interaction, so that I can document the behavior of the staff. In response, I was threatened with a lawsuit by the store manager, supported by his other staff. Incredible that Enterprise would allow this type of behavior and treatment of its customers. The employees at this location were both unethical and unprofessional.

  I use this location every time I need to rent a vehicle. They have excellent service and I’ve never had an issue.

  Rented a vehicle from this location after getting into a fender on by way to work. I did not have my credit card with me (I left it with my wife before leaving for work) and they were able to accommodate me by allowing me to leave a deposit with my visa debit card. I had the vehicle for an extended period of time and they checked in periodically and even came to me to switch out the vehicles when the initial needed to have an oil change. They reached out to me to confirm the best way for me to have my deposit returned to me after the car was returned. Excellent experience and great service. Great staff at this location that always handles a lot of reservations!
