- SGSophie GFeb 19, 20262.0car was great, as advertised etc. no issues with the car itself. however, dealing with any sort of disputes with enterprise is a nightmare; long and drawn out ultimately leading nowhere, so i won’t be coming back unfortunately. this location confirmed with me that dropping off the car/keys after hours in the drop-box would be fine. however, when i arrived that night there was no spot available on the lot. the only spot i could reasonably park near them was blocking the alleyway. i called the enterprise after hours line to report that i have to violate the parking signage, as they had left no other space free, and i did not have the option to come back the next morning. they said it should be fine. of course a parking ticket is issued the next morning. i tried many many times to have this removed from my bill, and the enterprise “citations rep” themselves were kind, however it was ultimately up to this location to review the situation and remove or reduce the charge or help me understand how that was not on them. they ghosted for several weeks and eventually told the rep the ticket was my responsibility with NO additional info, did not contact me directly to discuss, etc. extremely disappointing communication.
