  The person who helped us was very friendly and helpful. I wish we asked his name. From pick up to drop off, everything was smooth. The car was in excellent condition. I'll definitely choose this branch again.

  Returning this location for picking up a rental vehicle, it was remained a high service level as expected! The team here is consistently professional, friendly, and efficient — everything from check‑in to vehicle handover feels smooth and well‑organized. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful, and the whole process moved quickly even with the steady flow of customers. Vehicles are clean, ready, and exactly as reserved. A reliable downtown location with great service. I’ll continue choosing this branch whenever I’m in Toronto. Special thanks to Ayush for the clear communication and helpful attitude.   Good experience at this location. The person who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The location has a convenient underground garage for pick up and drop off. I drop the vehicle off outside of business hours, which worked out great. Be aware that the address that was listed online is an address on Front Street, the address that’s posted is the location where you drive in and out of the underground garage, if you are entering the building on foot, you must enter the building on Simcoe Into the shopping area, if there’s nobody in the spot on that level, you take the elevator down to the garage. I struggled to find the correct spot and had to ask a security guard in the condo building area where to go. The employee said normally there’s a sign that they put outside, but since it was so windy out, they weren’t able to put it outside that day.
