    I rented a large van from the 2400 Dundas St West location in Toronto, and had the pleasure of being assisted by Oscar. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s rare to come across someone who so obviously enjoys what they do, and his positive attitude made the entire experience that much better. Thank you, Oscar, for the outstanding service. It was truly appreciated 😊

    Horrible horrible branch manager named Kevin. Such an embarrassing moment with this man trying to make me feel so low while I was trying to pick up a car. Didn’t even pay me any attention with assisting me and just looked at me like I’m a joke. I’ve been renting from enterprise and this guy was literally the worst man I’ve ever came across in ANY of the enterprise locations I’ve ever came to pick up a car from. Will definitely not ever come back there. Literally booked a car rental pick up from that location because it was more convenient for me just for it to all blow up in my face.
