Pre-check-in meant less things to sign, as it should be (which is not the case at other locations). Cars are stored in a temperature controlled garage. Car I rented was brand new and perfectly clean. Bravo Team Leslie & York Mills!

For return, since I couldn’t return the car at their own place and had no time to fill up the gas ( for work matter ) they waved the gas price and didn’t charge me!! I was so impressed by their nice gesture! I would definitely recommend Enterprise to everyone. Thanks To all staff for their follow up as well!!
