    I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. My pickup time was scheduled for 11:00 AM, and when I arrived there were only about five people ahead of me. Despite that, I ended up waiting over 30 minutes, and even after all that time there were still two people ahead of me in line. During the wait, the agency came out and announced that people were having difficulty returning cars because Bloor Street was blocked. While I understand that unexpected issues can happen, the way the situation was handled showed a clear lack of management and problem-solving. There were multiple vehicles sitting in the lot — four sedans and two SUVs — yet none of them were used to help move the line along. When I suggested using those cars to serve customers who had already been waiting, I was told they were “premium” or “pre-booked.” Meanwhile, customers with scheduled pickup times were left standing there with no updates and no effort to accommodate the delay. What made the situation even worse was that the staff spent a significant amount of time answering phone calls instead of checking in customers who were physically waiting in line. This made the line move painfully slowly and gave the impression that the people already there were not a priority. After wasting over half an hour and realizing I was going to be late for work, I asked the agent to cancel my booking. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience or apologizing for the wasted time, the agent simply told me “don’t worry about it.” That response was dismissive and completely unprofessional. Overall, this experience reflects poor organization, lack of urgency, and very weak customer service. My scheduled pickup time was meaningless, and I ended up leaving without a car after waiting half an hour. The entire situation wasted my time and completely disrupted my day. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how delays and customer queues are handled, because the current process is unacceptable

    My main reason why I would return to rent a car from Enterprise and specifically this location is because of your staff member named Pal. He was just wonderful from start to finish. The customer service I received was truly top tier; Pal greeted me with a professional and friendly attitude that immediately made the process feel seamless. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel like a priority rather than just another transaction. He took great care to ensure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with the rental agreement, explaining everything with such patience and clarity. Pal truly went above and beyond to make sure my experience was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine kindness are rare to find, and he handled every aspect of the rental with such a high level of professionalism. He is clearly someone who takes pride in his work and cares about the people he serves. Furthermore, I was extremely impressed with the new car I was provided. It was in pristine condition, spotless, and drove beautifully, which made my trip so much more enjoyable. This combination of amazing service and a high quality vehicle is exactly why I will be recommending this specific branch to friends and family. Pal is a massive asset to your team, and his dedication to providing a "customer first" experience is why I’ll be a returning customer.

    Update ... Staff on site jumped in and found me the best SUV with snow tires ... still driving it and still impressed with their help. Original ... Called in to make a reservation and requested a specific car. And when I arrived, of course, it's not here. I even asked if I had to go to a different location and they said no... not to worry...This is the location that has the vehicle....And of course, when I get here, there is no vehicle. Even more shocking ... no snow tires on any of their vehicles ... worst winter in years and no safety concerns whatsoever.
