I have been using National for years without any problem, it has always been a pleasant experience! But the said manager didn’t allow us to take a car as i had a another rental in US for my company car. It has never been an issue with any other agency for years and years… When you ask the reason, the answer is that is the policy! When you ask for the rationale, the answer is the same…that is the policy. Then renting under my wife name wasn’t an option as we had no flight number…we came under a private flight! Well no willingness to help or finding a solution !! National has always been great,but this agency is to avoid !
