  Absolutely terrible. The only feature we need is the cargo passthrough which is stated on the website as a feature for the 16 foot cube vans. There is no mention that not all the 16 foot cube vans don't have it or that only some of this feature, it is literally on the website as a key feature of the 16 foot box vans but the one that is assigned doesn't have this. The only feature that mattered in this rental, which I even called to confirm the day before, and it isn't available, with the rental being confirmed a full month before the pick up date.

  Truly a cautionary tale moving with this company. I chose their services a few months ago to do a long haul cross country move. Rates were reasonable, but perhaps that was the warning sign. Not a single furniture remained undamaged. My leather couch has multiple spots of friction tear. Their plastic wraps didn’t even fully cover the couch by the time it was delivered. I have book and display shelves that were fully scratched up. One where the base supports were damaged and it’s completely unusable. Anything that’s scratchable honestly if you looked carefully enough has a scratch. I moved straight into a storage locker so it was hard to inspect the items carefully, but even if I had called them out at the time I doubt they would’ve taken responsibility considering what happened during the move in. They hired a local moving business to offload the items at the destination (since it’s cross country). This moving company wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars extra, complaining my storage unit was “too far” from the elevators. It’s a storage facility, not every locker is going to right beside an elevator… It was not even a two minute walk. I called enterprise to try and sort out the issue, and they basically said it’s not their business anymore at that point. I had no choice but to pay (how else was I going to get my stuff?). Absolutely appalling customer service. I was shocked. If I could go back in time, I would use any other moving company even if the rates were higher. What’s the point of saving some money only to have all your expensive items damaged - and then having to pay extra anyways?
