Neil and Victoria manage long queue on weekends and despite that they are very patient. All the cars I have rented have been great overall giving us wonderful trips and awesome experience. The manager (Mohammed?) is also very positive and runs the shop well. It's an easy location to pick up and drop off from. Note: proceed to level P3 via the elevators to get to the office.
