  I have been renting out from this place for close to an year and have accumulated enough rides to share a review. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Neil and Victoria manage long queue on weekends and despite that they are very patient. All the cars I have rented have been great overall giving us wonderful trips and awesome experience. So just wanted to give Thumps up to you guys👍👍

  Disappointing customer service overall, there is an unresolved safety issue which endangered my life and others while driving the enterprise car. as I discussed it with the attendant she said her manager would look into it, after calling I was told a voicemail was left on my phone, called back and was put on hold for 20 minutes I was constantly ready to provide a voicemail if no one answered, but the line continued to degrading, i had to hang up as the 20 minute hold was unfair, as I provided the amount of effort which was required to follow up on this, which means I have to voice my concerns publicly, providing a warning to future customers about this location. Such practices takes a large toll on customers, predominantly in the aftermath of attempting to find a resolution. The response from the owner is another massive toll of my time by which it is crippling my day. The location is aware of who I am and the issue is the Nissan Kicks, which had an insecure hood latch, what if, the hood blinded my view while driving, I believe an inspection should be done on all vehicles prior to releasing to the customer. I will not be providing any more effort on my end.

  I've rented from this location several times and the service is always the best! A while ago, I had a flat tire accident, and the employee who assisted us handled the situation excellently they were so professional and quick. I can't remember his name now, but I wanted to express my sincere gratitude again. Highly recommend for their consistent service and fantastic roadside support!

  I always have a great experience renting cars from Enterprise, especially at the College Park location thanks to Swapnil. He’s an amazing guy — very friendly, polite, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you get a clean, reliable car that fits your family’s needs. I’ve seen him handle long queues on busy weekends single-handedly, yet he always manages to stay calm and smiling. He takes time to explain everything clearly and inspects the car with me before and after each rental. Swapnil is honest, efficient, and truly customer-focused. Because of him, I always prefer and recommend Enterprise, especially the College Park branch.
