If you're looking to drop off a car: navigate to "Parking Indigo Toronto - Brookfield Place", that's where you can enter the garage, then you need to follow the signs to P3 Enterprise. The drop-off itself went super smoothly and the staff was very kind.

Due to Toronto marathon road closures, I was unable to access the branch, despite calling approximately eight times with no answer. On Monday, a staff member apologized, acknowledged the closures, and assured me I would not be charged an additional day as long as the car was returned before Tuesday morning. I followed these instructions; however, I was still billed for an extra day and additional insurance. Since then, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone and have been directed to voicemail repeatedly. The lack of communication and follow-through has been disappointing and unprofessional.

(thinking there isn’t anything similar) however when went to pick up, we were told that both were not available due to high theft rate of the Wrangler and the Broncos had been recalled. We were offered a VW Taos or Mercedes CLA instead. Reluctantly we went for the CLA which is a nice enough car, but nothing that can’t hire in the UK. Feel very let down by Enterprise. Why allow you to book a car group that is not available? I can still book it now through the app so just warning anyone thinking of doing the same. Only went with Enterprise for this group as was struggling to find anything else of interest.
