  I use this location every time I need to rent a vehicle. They have excellent service and I’ve never had an issue.

  Rented a vehicle from this location after getting into a fender on by way to work. I did not have my credit card with me (I left it with my wife before leaving for work) and they were able to accommodate me by allowing me to leave a deposit with my visa debit card. I had the vehicle for an extended period of time and they checked in periodically and even came to me to switch out the vehicles when the initial needed to have an oil change. They reached out to me to confirm the best way for me to have my deposit returned to me after the car was returned. Excellent experience and great service. Great staff at this location that always handles a lot of reservations!

  We reserved a car through Enterprise in advance, and the estimated price for 3 days was $165, which was the main reason we chose your company. However, when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the final price suddenly came out to nearly $400, even with the insurance at $30. A 2.5x increase from the quoted rate without prior disclosure is unacceptable. We were presented with this price on the spot, at a time when we had to leave urgently, and we didn’t have the option to cancel, dispute, or choose another rental company. We were essentially pressured into agreeing due to circumstances. We have rented cars many times in different cities and countries and have never encountered such a drastic discrepancy between an online estimate and the final price. This feels misleading and gives the impression that customers are expected to accept inflated charges once they are already standing at the counter and out of time. We chose Enterprise because of its reputation for transparency and reliability, and this experience did not meet those standards at all. We expect the rate to be reviewed and a partial refund to be issued, as this was not the service or pricing presented at the time of booking. We look forward to a response and resolution.

  I always book a mid-size SUV at least a few months in advance. This is my 2nd time renting a car with Enterprise. Last time, in August, I was picking up a car at Billy Bishop Airport location and was provided with a compact SUV even though I was charged for a mid-size one - no refund was provided. On Dec. 30th when picking up a car I was told that all mid-size SUVs were taken and I was provided with a family van instead - I did not enjoy driving this type of car, it is too massive for me plus the fuel consumption was crazy. When I shared my experience with Enterprise staff member on Jan. 2nd upon returning the car, I was told that they only guarantee that I will get a: "4 wheels and a steering wheel" but noone can ever guarantee a specific class of the car. So I don't see the point to book a specific class for a vehicle with this company as I was never able to get one. For this reason I decided to give a chance to a different car renter and I have already booked my next car rental with a competitor company since I did not enjoy any of my car rental experiences with Enterprise.

  Used to be a regular at this location for years, but the service has been steadily getting worse. I just got yelled at by someone there on the phone for booking a car that their system allowed me to book online. There are many things that I’m willing to tolerate, rude behaviour isn’t one of them! Enterprise just lost a customer that used to be loyal for over a decade.
