  Hello, my name is Alan Michel, and I have been a customer of your company on several occasions. I regret to inform you that my recent experience with your company has been very disappointing. I must rate the service I received as extremely poor due to the behaviour and attitude of your staff. At the 947 Dovercourt Rd, Toronto, Ontario branch, Ms. Emili Agostino and Mr. Inderpreet Singh greeted me without even saying “hello” or “good morning.” Both appeared visibly annoyed, and their attitude was highly unprofessional. When I attempted to pick up my vehicle, Ms. Agostino insisted that I did not have a reservation, despite the fact that the company repairing my vehicle had scheduled it nearly two weeks earlier. I was kept waiting for an excessive amount of time without any explanation, and I was ultimately told there was no reservation. I was then given a vehicle of her choosing—a small SUV—even though I normally drive a large pickup truck. When I returned the rental, the situation became even more frustrating. The branch manager assisted me with an unfriendly attitude and informed me—incorrectly—that my deposit would be refunded within two days. Instead, it took more than a week, and I only received the deposit after returning to the branch in person. This happened after I had already called customer service twice, and both times I was told that the vehicle return receipt had not been issued. The branch manager had blocked my deposit without providing any explanation. The overall service I experienced was unacceptable and far below the standards your company should maintain.

  This location is always dependable and the service is extremely fast and friendly. It's by far one of the smoothest experiences I've had renting a car. The cars are always spotless. I've rented from them several times, and each time I was very pleased with how fast I was served and the friendly staff. A big thank you to Emily and Inder who went above and beyond and helped me exchange a car for another one in the same class. Highly recommend this location!

  I had an excellent experience renting from Enterprise! Inder was welcoming, patient, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate how Inder made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. Definitely my go-to rental location from now on!

  I want to express my deepest appreciation to the incredible team at Enterprise Doverport in Toronto — especially Inder, Emilia, and another amazing lady (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) who has since left. Each one of them went above and beyond to help me, and I truly felt cared for every step of the way. There was one lady who had already finished her shift, but she still stayed past 6 p.m. to help me — patiently, kindly, and without rushing me at all. That kind of dedication is rare, and I will never forget how understanding and generous she was with her time. Inder has been absolutely outstanding — he keeps checking in with me, following up on the delivery, making sure everything is going smoothly, and always showing so much flexibility and care. He treats customers like family, and that means a lot. Emilia has also been so kind, warm, and welcoming every time I’ve interacted with her. She’s the kind of person who brightens your day with her positivity and professionalism. Thank you, truly, to all of you for your patience, kindness, and dedication. You’ve turned what could have been a stressful experience into something comfortable and easy. I’m so grateful for the way you treat your customers — with real heart.

  I needed a bigger SUV to transport six people and when i came the day before my scheduled pickup to confirm correct vehicle the car was ready and they let me have it a day before. Car was very good, drop off process took five minutes and i have only good things to say about this Enterprise location. This rental has restored my confidence in Enterprise after a very frustrating experience with Alamo (owned by Enterprise) in Marseille last summer. Clearly it depends who runs a particular location. Thank you
