  car was great, as advertised etc. no issues with the car itself. however, dealing with any sort of disputes with enterprise is a nightmare; long and drawn out ultimately leading nowhere, so i won’t be coming back unfortunately. this location confirmed with me that dropping off the car/keys after hours in the drop-box would be fine. however, when i arrived that night there was no spot available on the lot. the only spot i could reasonably park near them was blocking the alleyway. i called the enterprise after hours line to report that i have to violate the parking signage, as they had left no other space free, and i did not have the option to come back the next morning. they said it should be fine. of course a parking ticket is issued the next morning. i tried many many times to have this removed from my bill, and the enterprise “citations rep” themselves were kind, however it was ultimately up to this location to review the situation and remove or reduce the charge or help me understand how that was not on them. they ghosted for several weeks and eventually told the rep the ticket was my responsibility with NO additional info, did not contact me directly to discuss, etc. extremely disappointing communication.

  Fair price, excellent service, easy and stress free. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Obviously well managed, easy walk from Ossington subway. Strongly recommend.

  I can't believe I'm writing a 5-star review for a car rental agency, but here we are! Enterprise Dovercourt blessed me with the smoothest, quickest, most pleasant pickup/drop off experience I've ever had when renting a vehicle. Yes, it did help that the fee was 100% covered by my insurance company after a not-at-fault accident. But to be in and out of that place in less than 10 mins each visit was truly incredible. No BS, no upsells, just quick, professional service. They were also kind enough to give me a lift to my auto body shop to pick up my own car after I returned my rental, with zero complaints. Great stuff, honestly.
