  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The rates were very affordable! I booked a small car but got a free upgrade, which was an awesome surprise. The staff member who helped us was extremely welcoming — exactly the kind of person you want to meet when visiting a new city. I had an amazing experience. Highly recommend! 😁

  I’m quite satisfied with the customer service and the whole check-in process that I received from this branch. I called the day before my rental reservation to confirm my reservation details, the guy on the phone was so helpful and friendly. If I had to be picky on one thing, the brand/the car model (in my case, a SUV) wasn’t the same exact car brand I ended up renting for my reservation. Regardless, I’m still quite satisfied with my rental experience. Shout out to the guy (which I don’t remember his name) who helped me check in.

  Enterprise Airport Baton Rouge, LA! Anh and Davis teamed up and saved my ENTIRE Retirement Road Trip vacation! Two unflappable, positive, professional problem solvers - all with a smile - to solve my flat tire predicament while other customers where chewing them out.   Absolutely the worst experience ever. I’ve been an Enterprise customer for years, but this location completely failed me. I was sent here by another Enterprise branch to pick up an available vehicle on an early morning. When I arrived, the employees told me they had nothing available except a minivan, even though both the other branch and the app showed cars were ready. I tried working with them in a respectful way and asked when to return, and they said, “After 2 PM, we’ll have more vehicles.” So I delayed my entire schedule and waited. At 2 PM, I called again, and they told me they had over five SUVs available and asked me to come back. So I immediately drove over, only for the manager to claim it was a “miscommunication” and that there was now only one SUV available. That was a lie! I could see the EXACT SUVs i was told about sitting right there in the parking lot. To make things worse, I watched as they sold one of those vehicles to a walk-in customer right in front of me while I was waiting. It’s clear they prioritize personal sales or bonuses they might receive for selling these vehicles over customer loyalty and honesty. I left and went straight across the street to Sixt, where I got a premium SUV on THE SPOT! for a lower price! no games! no excuses! And NO DELAYS! Save yourself the headache and the discrimination. Go to Sixt instead. The staff here should be retrained, or fired, for their unprofessional and deceptive behavior. I’ll never return to this location again!
