    Everyone is so kind and patient, cars always very clean and the experience is always amazing. Prices are always affordable. Looking forward to coming back and rent again.

    Great location. Terrible service. Arranged our pickup the day before and we were told the wrong entrance to the building. Took over an hour to get our vehicle. Over an hour for a prearranged pick-up is unacceptable.

    Staff are friendly and polite. The problem is that at rush hour times when there are too many renters, I don’t know why they are not already ready for that, despite knowing their bookings. Several times I got the car at rush hour times with delays; Once with over 2 hrs delay! You can imagine how frustrating that can be. I haven’t had issues with their cars so far but the exterior of the cars always are left with water stains on the side mirrors and windshields.

    One attendant serves at Ottawa’s airport enterprise car rental counter. Very slow customer service and very slow machine. Other attendants should be available to help. My recommendation use HETRTZ or budget very fast customer service and car is always available to pickup fast and fast machines.

The staff were professional, welcoming, and made picking up and dropping off the vehicle a breeze. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed for my trip.
