I’m a Gold member with Hertz, but the service I received at the queens way location was terrible — they kept telling me to “use the app” and couldn’t be bothered to help in person. I came into Enterprise (Evans location) in Etobicoke frustrated from that experience I just had with hertz. Jenny went above and beyond. The whole team was incredibly helpful and professional. I felt more comfortable in a truck after being hit, and they worked to find one, got it turned around quickly, and even had it washed right away. Completely different experience. They made the reservation for me in-store — no pushing me to do all the work myself on an app. 5-star customer service. Highly recommend the Enterprise Evans location — first choice in Etobicoke.
