  I had a great experience with Enterprise. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time. The pickup and return process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend Enterprise to others.

  I always rent from Enterprise. I’ve always received excellent customer service; however, Jenny is a gem. My vehicle was delayed which is not a big deal to me but Jenny went above and beyond to ensure the situation was handled correctly. She is extremely kind and genuine. I am truly impressed. Thanks again Jenny and Enterprise Team.

  Today on the phone, a guy was saying that my TD insurance didn't approve my rental after a month that I gave back the car. They are saying they will have to charge me instead my insurance. All good, maybe there is a misunderstanding. Then, I asked what do I need to ask from my TD insurance to provide to enterprise... The enterprise worker said extremely quickly, then I asked him again, "sir, could you slower down so I can write down". Again, he speak fast, I told him that English isn't my first language and he needed to slow down so I could understand and write. Same thing over and over again. That is why I give one star for this bad customer service that enterprise provides. I don't recommend to anyone, plus, they could simply call the insurance and solve all this by themselves without including me. Specially since it is not my first time renting a car in this location. Good luck with this worker with bad customer service.
