  Great staff and perfect location for rental pick up and return. Make sure you budget your time for city traffic and Ferry wait time (usually 20 minutes ) to catch your flight.

  Very disappointing experience with extremely poor customer service. I made a 5-day car rental reservation more than 10 days in advance directly on the Enterprise Rent-A-Car website, with my credit card on file. However, when I arrived at the Billy Bishop Airport location to pick up the vehicle, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled without any prior notice — no email, no phone call, no prior warning at all. I was then told there were no cars available because they were “sold out.” Staff blamed me for being late for pick-up, claiming their system automatically cancelled my reservation. At no point during the booking process was this policy communicated. And since my credit card was on file and the reservation was confirmed for the entire duration, the vehicle should have been held as agreed. I spoke with both the front desk staff and the manager, but both their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, and they made no real effort to resolve the situation. I had a trip planned and relied on this reservation, and their sudden cancellation caused significant disruption to my plans. I’ve rented from many Enterprise locations in the past and have always had positive experiences, but this branch was exceptionally unprofessional. Stay away from booking at the Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport location.

  Cancelled my reservation last minute and risked ruining my plans the next day. Offered no solutions or alternatives. I’ve rented with them no less than 20 times in the past two years, but everytime im renting from them in Canada there seems to be some sort of issue or inconvenience. Never renting with them again and will pay a premium to rent elsewhere.

  I felt misled by the location and the information provided. When I collected my vehicle in Montréal, I was told there was a buffer period where any extra time would be charged by the hour before it became a full-day rental. We made sure to return within that window, only to discover that the drop-off location required taking a ferry — something I was never informed about. The 30-minute wait for the ferry pushed us just over the buffer, and the staff were content to charge me for an additional full day. For a company that usually provides excellent service, this experience was very disappointing. Unfortunately, Enterprise/National/Alamo has lost a customer.
