  Idk how some people get hired to work there. Had a return today, and i returned with 3/4 gas (same amount as when i picked up). Now the display shows 12 bars, and 3/4 would be 9 bars. The person handling my dropoff says its below half and wanted to charge me an additional $40 for gas, and had to teach her basic maths. And then she tells me "this gas meter is hard to read" - no its not. Asked for a ride back, and apparently being 12mins away is too much. I have rented from other locations, and id get ride backs even being 20mins away. 2 stars cuz pickup was nice. Was a bit of a wait time, but atleast lady who handled the pick up knew about cars.

  Don’t trust them when they say you can exchange your car, but take this one even if you like it and you can return it anytime, that’s happened with me when I tried to return it and to take another one they said we can’t help you after one week because they are fully booked so from the first time if you don’t like a car, don’t rent it

  I had a great experience renting a car from Enterprise. The whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Richard and another lady ( I think her name is Bryanna) were super friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. The GLA they got for me was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I expected. Pick-up was quick, and returning the vehicle was even easier — super organized and hassle-free. Overall, really solid customer service and a stress-free rental experience. I’ll definitely be using this location again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car rental.

  Terrible experience at the Enterprise North York location, entirely due to the manager, Soham. I’ve been an Enterprise customer for over a year and have always received excellent service at the Woodbine location, but this location was the complete opposite. Despite qualifying for a corporate discount, Soham refused to honor it without any valid explanation. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout. I had reserved a Nissan Rogue or similar, yet he forced me into a Hyundai Venue, claiming no other vehicles were available—even though multiple options were showing as available online. To make things worse, I was made to wait over an hour because someone had to go fill the car with gas. During this time, Soham repeatedly made excuses like “gas stations are too far” instead of taking responsibility or doing anything to resolve the delay. No accountability, no effort to help, and unacceptable behavior from someone in a management role. I will never return to this location and will avoid dealing with Soham entirely. Enterprise needs to seriously reassess the management at North York.

  Helped me out minutes before closing. My owned car broke down and I needed a rental desperately to complete my journey. I have twins in university, a son in New Zealand and a daughter in Montreal; I was taking my son to see his sister in Montreal when my car broke down. If this group didn’t help me it would have been a year before my twins would see each other again because they’re on different academic years (NZ school year runs February to November). I’m very grateful to this team for their help; they even gave me a complimentary upgrade!
