  I had an excellent experience renting a car with the help of Bryanna Malcolm. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process extremely smooth. Bryanna explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Her customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate her patience and support. Highly recommend her — thank you, Bryanna, for the great service!

  Rude member of staff. Asked about the drop off and pick up service only to be abruptly told they don't do it, even though the website said that particular branch does. He also charged me TWICE on my credit card for my rental but when approached about it, he insisted he hadn't. Didn't show us how the car works, just handed me the key and said to make sure we return the car with the same level of fuel, then he walked off.. Customer service is clearly not his fortè and either needs training or to find another job! Luckil when I returned the rental, we were dealt with by a lovely lady who assured me that only 1 charge will be taken from my credit card and apologised for the error. What makes this even worse was we were told that the rude member of staff didn't like black people!! I guess that's the reason for the bad treatment. Enterprise, do better with your staff!! I'll take my custom elsewhere!

  Guys, you should do something with the system, it keeps rejecting credit cards, personnel is doing their best, but it’s frustrating - you need to constantly invest in forward to keep going otherwise is system is down and your customers will eventually move somewhere else.

  This is my location of choice for my frequent rentals and their customer service is the main reason for that! I had a drop off this morning and Kristin (sp?) wasn’t only kind and professional, but she went above and beyond to help me out with a personal issue I was experiencing. These kindnesses can really change the course of someone’s day, and that was my experience today with her. Thank you so very much!! I highly recommend this location. You’ll be treated with respect and courtesy.

  Safe to say that i have had it from this location and it ruined my overall experience with enterprise. There is a guy who works here called soham he is the manager too i believe doesn’t know nothing about customer service dealing with this man multiple times had bad experiences but i shrugged it off but this time was too much. Im a enterprise plus member tell me why every branch treats me differently they dont ask for much information things that i have provided in the past with other locations this soham dude particularly has a problem with that even if they are the same company. Interrogates me every-time asks for my documents doesnt accept my credit cards makes me think why did i even want to come here. And he is extraordinarily slow this dude takes ages to do a single thing which is already in itself a bad experience but he never talks with a smile on his face he talks with authority like he wants to argue with me when i am the customer. Some of your employees are really nice and thoughtful like the Irish lady who works there she is always nicer to me than this dude has ever been to me and i have been here 4 times now. Today i had an experience returning a car a little late even though i asked the employe who was checking me in if it was okay if i returned it a bit late and he said it was fine and this dude still charged me for it. Funny thing is this doesn’t happen to me at other locations i rent from no issues whatsoever with them but a million issues here not to mention the long wait lines before you actually get your car you RESERVED if i have it for 11:30 am best believe ill get the car around 12 12:15 pm and they expect me to bring it back the same time the reservation started at. taking one person at a time and asking people to wait outside is insane when it really doesn’t take that long to check anyone in and i say this with experience as a loyal enterprise customer. Soham is the very reason i will not be coming to this location ever again. And i hope you do something about it cause you are losing a-lot of respect and business from people who dont know how to treat other human beings with respect. I really hope you do something about this 🙏🙏
