There were times when the staff and the manager clearly failed to communicate with each other, yet I was the one who got charged extra because of their mistakes. This time, I booked a car to pick up on Saturday and return to a different location on Sunday. They forced me to cancel the reservation and keep saying that they do not have any cars for my reservation, claiming it was a “system error.” I had already booked a cottage and made all the weekend plans, and their cancellation ruined everything and cost me money for no reason. The only reason I kept coming back to this branch was because it’s close to my home—but after this, I’m never returning. I didn’t make any mistake, so why am I the one paying for their incompetence? Absolutely unacceptable.
