  Neil, Michael and Pal were the guys that helped us with our goal to get a car hehehehe.. So much patience and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. I was really surprised how patient they were with us. It's rare these days to have patience, politeness, and friendliness. I was super satisfied with their service. And if I do rent again, this is where I will go! Amazing people!!!!!!

  Absolutely garbage experience. Worst rental car place I have ever used. Called literally 100 times trying to speak to someone about a lost item and was either immediately hung up on or waited for “next available agent” just to be disconnected after 10 minutes. DO NOT CALL they do not answer. This is the worst enterprise I have ever used. No calls answered, no direction to an alternative contact. Silence. Absolutely horrible customer relations and now I have to do a police report as Enterprise seems to be stealing from me. NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS! EDIT: A formal investigation has been submitted to Enterprise corporate. All information has been provided and a timely response is expected. Again called today about 15 times, no answer.

  The team at this enterprise was phenomenal from start to finish, which was particularly impactful as I had just had a terrible experience with the dealership - which is what led me to need to rent the car from Enterprise. I was welcomed warmly, assisted with professional but personal service from all of the staff in the office. Amirtha and Brody helped me directly and both went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. I didn’t catch the name of the other young man in the office but he was also very friendly and kind, while supporting another customer. The truth is, before this, I have only ever rented from Hertz or Avis. This experience, from booking to pickup to drop off, has made me an Enterprise customer for life. Kudos to your Bloor and Yonge team.

  Good experiences with this Enterprise location. You can tell the staff are working hard to solve problems and make the customer happy, unlike almost every other rental company. Also, unlike Hertz specifically, the vehicles are properly outfitted. That means no super-high mileage cars (100k km+), no weird unknown tires/mismatched tires/winter tires in summer etc., and no annoyances on pickup like low keyfob batteries. So guys, well done!

This team is truly impressive—not only are they young, energetic and sharp, but they handle every interaction with such genuine kindness, humility, and high-level professionalism. They made me feel right at home and turned the entire process, from pick-up to return, into a completely effortless experience.
