    Booked a car through Kayak. Showed up at the car rental and waited for 45 minutes in the checkin line and they told me that there is no car available for me because I booked recently. Don't overbook and spoil peoples plan.

    We picked up in downtown Toronto. The staff were friendly, polite, informative and they didn’t try to upsell us when we picked up. Upon returning the directions were clear and the process was smooth and quick. I have had the same degree of service every time I have rented from Enterprise.

    Boa tarde. No dia 1 de Janeiro estarão abertos? Boa tarde. Estou a tentar reservar um carro para o dia 1 de Janeiro, responderam-me há 3 semanas que estariam abertos. Mas no site o dia 1 está bloqueado. Há outra forma de reservar o carro? Através de e-mail ou WhatsApp. Obrigada.
