    Such a bad experience. We called them today and they said they have a car then they said if we can travel to north York to get the car. We got the email confirmation. After reaching there they said they don’t have the car. And asked us to go to airport location to get a car. Just made us go around in circles and dint give a car or discount. We wasted our money just by travelling. Even the are manager who called us back Instead of being apologetic and fixing the situation wasn’t helpful. We booked tickets for a place and that money got wasted too as we didn’t get the car. I book the tickets after they sent email asking us to collect car. Please don’t get from places like these who don’t have the decency to inform you properly.

    Enterprise has always been my go-to place for car rentals, and my recent experience at the Yonge and Bloor location was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and very efficient — everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a new Mini Cooper Countryman S, which made the trip even better! I’ll definitely continue renting from Enterprise and highly recommend this location to others.
