They’re very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating to help you find the right rental based on your individual needs. I have 2 babies in car seats so I needed a midsize suv with enough legroom for myself with the car seats installed. They allowed me to choose the vehicle and test the space with the car seats to ensure I was comfortable. They met me at the car to do the paperwork as I had my newborn with me which was great! The entire process was fast and easy. They have a huge selection of great vehicles to choose from based on your needs. They’re clean and well maintained too! I would definitely recommend enterprise, and especially this location. Thank you for such a great experience!

I informed the team that I would pick up the rental the next morning and specifically requested a full-size sedan, as I find small sedans uncomfortable due to limited legroom. The associate confirmed that a full-size car would be available. However, when I arrived, there were none, and I had to take a smaller vehicle. The staff promised to contact me once a full-size car became available, but I never received a call. I had to follow up myself, and only then was I able to exchange the vehicle. A few days later, I reported that the wiper on the new car wasn’t working properly. I was advised to come in and swap the vehicle, but again, no cars were available at that time. They suggested I visit a repair shop to get the wiper replaced, which I didn’t have time for. Overall, the lack of communication and professionalism at this location was disappointing, and I had to drive the car in that condition for the rest of the week.
