  Staff are friendly. But the end results are not good. Went for minor scratches and a dent on the front passenger side. Left with spots of mismatched paint! You can see where the damage was still. I let them know and was left with "it's the best we can do." I took my car to another place and showed them and they asked me if I got the repairs done in someone's backyard. They were appalled that this was a branded garage. They were able to get the colour matched and completed the work for me properly. Do not get conned at this place!

  This is one of the worst body shops I have experienced. The staff is completely unprofessional, and the service feels misleading and dishonest. I strongly advise Bélair Direct and Intact Insurance customers to stay away from this place.

  Avoid this shop if you don’t want headaches or your time wasted. I was referred to Assured Bodyshop by Bélair Direct, and this has been one of the worst auto repair experiences I’ve ever had. They kept my car for almost a full month for what should have been 2–3 days of work, and even after all that time, the job is still not done properly.

  Excellent friendly customer service. They repaired the damage in a timely manner. I was even more surprised that they actually performed a Detail cleaning at no extra cost.
