Wow....I got a feeling of relief. I had been dreading going to an automotive shop. I got referred there by my insurance company after I had been rear ended. Sara was so kind and efficient. She let me sit right by her desk while I waited for my rental car that she ordered. She continued working as I chatted her ear off telling her about my accident details. The other mechanics came and greeted me as they walked through the office. They were joking with each other and seem to be a close knit team. I got an overall positive vibe from them. A couple weeks later, I went to pick up my car....same great experience. Smiling Sara was efficient as ever. I am definitely taking my car if I have any issues and recommending them to my family and friends. They helped turn my negative experience with my accident into a positive outcome. My car looked better than before the accident, they cleaned it inside and out. Thanks to them, I drove away with a smile on my face :)
