Dean took amazing care of my vehicle after a significant rear end collision. He was easy to work with, updated me regularly, made sure my rental was available, and left me feeling at ease.
By far the best experience I have ever had, and I have dealt with things of this nature quite a bit in my line of business.

My wife was rear-ended in her Range Rover returning home from Muskoka.
Fortunately she was unharmed in the collision.
She only had her Velar for two months so we did not want to take any chances on where the repair would be done.
We opted to take it to the closest Land Rover dealer which is in partnership with Assured Automotive for the dealerships body work.
We left our vehicle in the hands of Dean Jacobson,
who is the representative and liaison between Range Rover and Assured.
Right from the start I was impressed with his level of professionalism and genuine “want to please the customer” attitude.
Without going on and on,
Dean throughout this difficult process went above and beyond numerous times to make everything more than perfect.
His communication kept us up to date with the entire repair and he made sure my wife’s car was returned to us in showroom condition.
He also oversaw the delivery of the suv back to us since we live 2 hours away.
All I can say is I’ll never consider anyone else for a collision repair.
Hopefully it won’t be needed, but if so, I know I can trust Dean will look after us.

I've recently had two autobody repair issues - literally weeks apart with two separate vehicles. In both cases, the service, the professionalism and workmanship was beyond outstanding. I'm fairly picky and have very high expectations on service and quality. Dean was remarkable from start to finish. His follow-up, follow-through and genuine care was exceptional. I would recommend Assured Automotive to anyone - especially the most discerning.... they don't disappoint.
This was my first time getting into an accident and having to go through insurance so I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. I thought it would be a much bigger pain but thanks to Dean Jacobson, everything was taken care of for me. He provided excellent customer service, set up the pick up and drop off of the rental car for me, and most importantly got all of the repairs done in a timely manner. I am very happy with the work that was done on my car and would recommend anyone to go see Dean if they need any repairs.
Unfortunately, we have been to a few collision repair centres in the past. And they were all very stressful and negative. This was our first experience with Assured Grand Touring and from the beginning to the end, they exceeded our expectations. They were very professional, honest and kept us in the loop the entire time. They even left us a thank you note, noting that we could contact them if there was any questions or concerns. Our representative was Dean and he was not only professional and prompt, but he made sure everything went smoothly.
