  I went to this shop for a quote on a simple bumper repair—something I was planning to pay for out of pocket. From the start, the employee made it clear that it would be “really expensive,” without even looking into cost-effective options or alternatives. It felt less like a professional consultation and more like I was being discouraged from even asking. I had already received a reasonable quote from another shop (which I ended up going with), so I was simply comparison shopping. Unfortunately, the interaction here was dismissive and outdated, with a tone that felt like I was being talked down to—like I’d stepped back in time when women were routinely given inflated quotes because it was assumed we wouldn’t know better. To top it off, they never even followed up with the quote—probably because it was obvious I wasn’t going to fall for it. This place seems set up primarily for insurance jobs, where inflated costs are often covered. But if you're paying out of pocket and want a fair, respectful experience, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Left me feeling like I was stuck in the old days when men would snake the women with a high quote. And in the end, he didn't even send me a quote because he knew I was never going to give these people my business.

  I’ve used these guys in the past for an insurance job. Initially had no issues until the new bumper they installed started chipping everywhere. Obviously not prepped or painted properly. And just last week I had them give me a quote to fix a scratch on my fender and door. They said no way they could buff it out and gave me a quote of $2000 to paint the fender and door…. I laughed and walked out of the shop. So I Went to a shop in Mississauga that was recommended to me and they literally buffed it out while I waited. No appointment, looks perfect. Charged me $40. I asked just for curiosity how much the would charged to paint the fender and door and the said maximum $800. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. Terrible work and price gouging to the max. I would give them 0 stars if I could

  Had my Honda repaired here and the service was fast and the staff were very helpful especially the front desk! Thanks !!

  Intact insurance company sent me here - they quoted $3400+ for a repair I ended up going to a better shop and paying $1200. These guys are the reason our premiums are way too high. Nice work guys. EDIT: I don't have the order number anymore but it was a 1995 Buick Riviera - driver side scrape front quarter - Only reason this is coming up again is someone hit me and Intact is trying to send me back to you guys, which isn't happening.
