- MCMatthew CiarkaNov 14, 20251.0A few years back I was to forced to use this place as per Intact to repair the damage/fraud that another Assured Auto location did to my car. Unfortunately they had the chance to repair it properly but chose to try to hide the fact the hood was a poor fit by manipulating the height of the radiator supprt on one side to close the gap, but this in turn created other gaps and issues (headlight/bumper/fender alignment). This was only discovered recently at a body shop of my choice as the Intact Ombudsman agreed for me to repair my car properly. Car parts used by body shops (weather aftermarket or oem) are in fact required to fit properly. Don't let them or your insurance company gaslight you, know your rights. Lessons learned.
