  Posto molto difficile da trovare. Se mettete indicazione 101 Bay St. arrivate 150m più avanti del dovuto. Dovete quindi tornare indietro e, non il primo, ma il secondo parcheggio sotterraneo. Il primo oltrepassatelo e andate poi oltre la strada passando il semaforo (sempre sullo stesso lato della strada). Troverete quindi un’indicazione luminosa piccola rettangolare sotto al cartello che indica il parcheggio. Entrate e scendete sotto di 3 piani. Seguite poi le piccole indicazioni luminose sul soffitto verdi e bianche. Dopo una camminata di 5 minuti arrivate da alamo. Gentile staff e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

  Worked perfect. Right car in time. Perfectly cleaned. Counter one floor down/basement. Some signs would be great but maybe not allowed. Level P3 with the elevator to the car drop on/off. Very friendly lady. QR code for googlemaps to save location for the return. Thanks alamo.

  Very difficult to find - the garage and the office! Be careful - staff gives you wrong information - you should write down name or demand to get information about cost in a written way! Can definitely not recommend this location - never had any problems with Alamo in the US - Canada seems pretty different…especially this location!

  Absolutely brilliant experience with Alamo. Booked via booking.com, easy to add insurance. Picking up the car was quick and easy. A QR code at the booth made registering etc very fast and I opted to upgrade for $10 which landed me with a lovely Mercedes CLA 250 in great nick, spotlessly clean and nice to drive. I would 100% book with Alamo again.

  Toronto Union Station 161 Bay St Alamo/Enterprise location is IMPOSSIBLE to get to. We found the main building, no problem with Google Maps, but there were multiple entrances and no signage. We went into the building via the entrance on Bay Street. There was no directory or signage. The elevators and escalators were broken. Security Guard tried to direct us. We finally made it to the Enterprise/Alamo desk and there was nobody at the desk and a sign saying to go to P3 behind the doors, with NO directions or number to contact. Every access point was closed. We eventually spoke with Hertz who directed us. We then finally got to P3 only to find out that our rental was CANCELLED. It took us 45 minutes to find the car rental location and they decided without a call to cancel our reservation. Nowhere on the confirmation email did it say how to get to the rental cars, nor did it say they would cancel after an hour. I would have called if I had known the policy. Absolutely PAINFUL experience. They need to give more directions on how to find the location and provide information that they will cancel your car without notice. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Definitely should have booked a car through the airport.
