  I took my car to Honda for post-accident repairs after it was hit from the rear. The impact had caused electrical issues with both the front and rear lights, but the person handling my case kept insisting it had nothing to do with the accident. Later, they found out that the issues were actually caused by the impact. When I picked up my car, I realized the horn wasn’t working. I called them, and they told me it was “because of the snow” and that this is “normal for Hyundai cars,” which made no sense at all. They also refused to check the car again. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service. I definitely do not recommend it.

  I am really happy there service.i done before my vehicle repair other assured location but they didn't did good job but this time specially this location they did really good job.Brain is really good guy and very polite person. He done very good job on my vehicle repair. I am recommended this location come done your vehicle repair and meet with Brain. He is such a nice person. I will definitely come back here in future any kind of my vehicle repair and I will recommended my friend and family to go there. Thank you so much Brain for your great job done at my vehicle.

  I was referred by my insurance company and was very happy with the work done repairing my vehicle. Brian was awesome, he provided exceptional customer service by keeping me informed at all times as well providing quick responses to any inquiries I had. Brian really made the experience smooth and I would highly recommend to others!

  My insurance company recommended them after an accident. It took 5 weeks just to get the estimate. Still need to get approval for repair, then order parts and repair vehicle. 5 weeks for a estimate is beyond ridiculous. They may be good work, but the degree of inconveience and the cost of the rental (reached my insurance max) does not justify using these jokers.

  Really awesome place. I had received excellent customer service from Brian Martins upon my arrival until I pick up my car. He was fast to answer all my questions and help out as much as he could. Brian was so nice and professional and overall assured fixed my highlander super fast and gave it back to me nice and clean. Thank you highly recommend.
